I can’t say enough great things about Ashes Away. Jeff is absolutely fantastic at his job, and he is by far the most helpful professional I have ever had the privilege of working with. Garrett, his service technician, was on time, polite, thorough, and made sure he answered all of my questions before he left. He also left my home completely spotless, and with a shiny new looking chimney! Jeff even called back to make sure that the service met my expectations. If you are looking for someone to help you with any issues with your chimney, look no further than awesome Ashes Away!

Would recommend to family and friends, will use again! On time. Friendly. Answered all my questions about how to use our fireplaces safely (new to us house). Ashes Away was a professional and informative chimney sweep company. Jeff gave feedback initially and set up the appointment and Devon did the service for chimney inspection and sweep. They did a good job and I would use them again.

Called them Saturday, and they came out Tuesday. They inspected the chimney, and let me know how it looked and spots for concern. The owner came out with another helper. Completed all the recommended repairs I approved in a very timely manner. He did recommend other repairs but was upfront about how soon they should be done. I appreciate his transparency and honesty. Highly recommend!
