How we work, from the first call to the walk-through
The same careful routine at every home, so you know what to expect before we arrive.
Our process
Five steps, every visit
Whether we are cleaning, inspecting or repairing, the visit follows the same path.
1
You call or book
Tell us what you need and what you have noticed. We confirm a time window.
2
We protect your home
Drop cloths go down over floors and the hearth before any work starts.
3
We look first
We check the chimney to work out what it needs, and talk through the scope with you.
4
We do the work
Cleaning, inspection or repair, done carefully, with questions answered as we go.
5
We walk you through it
What is fine, what needs attention now and what can wait.
Before we arrive
The visit starts with a phone call, not a sales pitch.
When you call (918) 361-4929, tell us what you need and what you have noticed: a smoky smell, smoke in the room, a stain by the fireplace, or simply that it has been a year. We confirm a time window and tell you right away if anything about the schedule changes.
A little preparation helps the visit go quickly. Let the fireplace cool completely, clear a path to the hearth and move anything fragile off the mantel.
At your door
We treat your home with respect. Drop cloths go down over the floor and the hearth before any tool comes out. Customers notice the details. One review mentions a technician who took his shoes off on a new carpet.
Before we start, we look over the chimney to work out which service it needs, and we talk through the scope with you.
The work
A chimney cleaning removes soot and creosote from the firebox, damper, smoke chamber and flue. An inspection checks seven key points from the cap to the firebox. A repair fixes what an inspection found, and only what you approved.
We answer questions while we work. If you want to watch, ask.
The walk-through and after
Every visit ends with a walk-through. We show you what we found and separate what needs attention now from what can wait. If a repair comes up, you get the options and the cost, and you decide. We do not push work you do not need.
Customers say the owner, Jeff, follows up after a job to make sure it met expectations. Read what they say on our customer reviews page, or meet the team on our about page.

Process questions
What to expect
Another question? Call us and talk to a real person.
Do you protect my floors?
Yes. Drop cloths go down over the floor and the hearth before any tool comes out, and we vacuum up soot and debris before we leave.
Will you start work I did not ask for?
No. We explain what we found and what any repair involves, and we only do the work you approve.
Will someone explain what you found?
Yes. Every visit ends with a walk-through in plain English: what is fine, what needs attention now and what can wait.
